Delivery charges are waived for single orders of $60 or more (excluding bulky items).
Strollers, box springs, car seats, bicycles, cribs, ride-ons, playpens are considered bulky products and will be charged a $10 shipping fee if the $60 minimum purchase is not met. The bulky shipping charges will be reflected on the payment page after adding the product to the cart and checking out.
We will attempt three deliveries for non-bulky items and one for bulky items. Subsequent delivery attempts may incur additional charges.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances (such as truck breakdown, traffic accidents, severe traffic delays or inclement weather), we will endeavor to contact the customer to reschedule the delivery time or date. We are not responsible for losses caused by delays in delivery due to reasons beyond our control.
The customer is responsible for inspecting the goods upon delivery. Any damaged goods or complaints must be reported to the company immediately.
For repair services, the customer will be responsible for any applicable repair costs (if any) for the goods, which are no longer under warranty. This fee is payable upon receipt of the goods.
We will deliver all in-stock items within 3-7 business days.
Our delivery time is Monday to Friday (except weekends and public holidays).
During flash sales events (such as GSS sale, 11.11, 12.12) and Christmas period, the delivery time will be longer than usual.
